Return & Exchange Policy
At Troops Store, we are committed to ensuring the highest level of service. We hope you are delighted with your order. We are happy to exchange or any item returned in a saleable condition, in its original packaging, and with its receipt, claimed within 48 hours within Pakistan and 2 days for an international customer after delivery. Products must be returned in a new condition, with the pricing label secure. In case of any concerns or questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Support Center.
How do I apply for the RETURN & EXCHANGE?
To return an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the return reason and order details.
- For exchange. Once our customer support team approves the return you will be requested to send the parcel to the troops store address.
- Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
- There might be cases where our customer support team will route you to your place.
