We are happy to exchange or any item returned in a saleable condition, in its original packaging, and with its receipt, claimed within 48 hours within Pakistan and 2 days for an international customer after delivery. How do I apply for the RETURN & EXCHANGE?

To return an item, please email us at support@troopsstore.com with the return reason and order details.

• For exchange. Once our customer support team approves the return you will be requested to send the parcel to the troops store address.
• Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
• There might be cases where our customer support team will route you to your place.
